Rental application

(WARNING : BEFORE APPLYING, MAKE SURE TO CHECK THE REGISTRATION DATES UNDER « RENTING » > RENTAL PROCEDURE »)

You wish to become a tenant at Les Estudiantines.

We have been entrusted by the building owner with ensuring that you are sufficiently solvent to pay the rent for the accommodation you applied for. For your peace of mind, it is also in your own interest that your personal finances balance up for the whole rental period.

Please read on to find out all the necessary elements to complete this application and kindly fill in all items carefully.

Please note that all information provided in this document may be checked with the appropriate persons/bodies for accuracy. Any information you provide in this form shall be dealt with in accordance with the Federal Law on Data Protection (LPD/DPL) of 1 July 1993 and used solely in direct connection with the establishment and/or execution of a lease.

 

The following documents will be requested after having submitted your rental application:
For students :

  • Copy of ID or passport of the student and of the guarantor
  • Admission or application number in EPFL
  • Copy of the residency permit or confirmation of registration in Switzerland (for people having lived in Switzerland for more than 3 months)
  • Copy of the debt collection office (office des poursuites) of the guarantor for people having llived in Switzerland for more than 3 months only
  • Copy of the 3 last salary slips of the guarantor (or taxation report)

For doctorals :

  • Copy of ID or passport
  • Copy the 3 last salary slips or contract of EPFL
  • Copy of the residency permit or confirmation of registration in Switzerland (for people having lived in Switzerland for more than 3 months)
  • Copy of the debt collection office (office des poursuites) of the guarantor for people having llived in Switzerland for more than 3 months only
